The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Purposes of data processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Furthermore, in the case of contact, your data may be used to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures and to fulfill legal obligations, such as accounting and warranty processed. If necessary we will ask you for an explicit consent.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Hosting and Log Files
To operate this website we need hosting services like infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage, database services, security and maintenance services. We respectively our hosting provider process the data of our website visitors like contact data, content data, usage data, meta and communication data on basis of our legitimate interest in a satisfactory and secure website offer. For the same reason we respectively our hosting provider process so called server log files (e.g. website calls, files, time of call, amount of data, browser and operating system informations, website referrers, IP addresses, user`s provider). Log files are stored for security reasons (misuse or fraud detection) for a maximum of 12 months. If necessary (Incident handling), data may also be stored longer. We have concluded a data processing contract with the hosting provider.

Web analysis and analysis cookies
Our website uses features of the Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the servers of the provider in the U.S.A. and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a data processing contract with the provider.
Your IP address is recorded but immediately anonymized by deleting the last number block. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). We process your data due to the legal regulations: § 96 Abs 3 TKG, Art 6 1. (a) (consent) and / or (f ) (legitimate interest) GDPR. Our legitimate interest the improvement of our offer and our website.

The data provided by you are required for contract performance. Without these data we are unable to conclude and execute the contract with you.

For contract performance it might be necessary, that we transmit your data to recipients within and outside the EU/the EEA (for example supplying companies). In case of a data processing outside the EU/the EEA the guaranteed protection level results of one of the provisions specified in Article 45 to Article 47 DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation). For contract performance it may be required in certain cases, that your data are processed in a third country without guaranteed protection level.

Due to statutory obligations (accounting system, tax and customs laws) we have to process your data.

As long as this contract or legal retention obligations exist, your data are stored with us.

Possibly we consult processors for this data processing, whom we have contractually obliged to observe relevant data protection measures.

You are in principle entitled to rights to information, correction, deletion, limitation, data transferability and appeal. In this respect we would ask you to contact us. Should you be of the opinion, that the processing of your data violates the privacy law or your data protection claims were violated in any other way, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority is responsible.

By receipt of this contract you render explicitly the consent to data processing and data transmittance (pursuant to General Data Protection Regulation Article 49 para. 1 lit a) – should it be required for contract performance – in third countries, which possibly do not comply with the data protection standards effective in the EU and in Austria. You are aware of the fact, that there is a risk involved, that the personal data may also be collected by unknown third parties violating the privacy right standards effective in Austria and the EU, and that in particular your rights of the individual cannot be guaranteed, the permissible processing and storage period could be exceeded and that Soja Austria is unable to prevent this.
